RPAN is pleased to offer delegates again this year
the option of choosing training in one of two streams including the
Recreation Leadership Stream (Recreation Directors or Coordinators) or the Facility Management Stream
The 2026 Recreation and Leadership Conference will bring together Recreation and Sport leaders from across Nunavut to network, collaborate and share best practices from their community and region. Recreation and facility professionals will receive practical leadership skills, real-life tools, and peer support through hands-on learning that will support their day-to-day roles and responsibilities.
Held October 2-4 at the Aqsarniit Hotel and Conference Centre in Iqaluit, NU this weekend promises something for everyone!

The Recreation and Parks Association of Nunavut is dedicated to serving communities across Nunavut to increase access to quality, organized recreation programs to enhance the physical and mental well-being of all Nunavummuit.
RPAN annually hosts a Recreation and Sport Leader Conference to support the ongoing need for professional develop, certification and networking for the recreation and sport sector in Nunavut.
